Fence Cleaning and Staining

Without stain, even new fences quickly turn gray and mildew. A stained fence is a protected fence. It can add years to the life of your investment, and a protected fence is easier to clean or re-stain in the future. Staining your fences will give your home and yard a finished look to it.

1. Fences will be professionally power washed prior to any staining
   1. Your fence will be power washed with a commercial stain remover ensuring a clean surface for your new stain to bond to; maximizing the longevity of your refinished fence.
   2. Once the solution has a chance to break up the mold, mildew, chalking, and pollutants your fence will be neutralized and rinsed clean
2. Tarps and drop clothes will be used to protect landscape from drips
3. Hardware will be taped off
4. Begin staining
5. Fences are normally sprayed and back rolled to assure complete coverage
6. Clean up at the end of each day
